LE CAMPOLORO RULES

Booking conditions:

The booking leaflet must be entirely and completely filled in and signed ( )
The renting becomes effective after our agreement is given. The latter is considered accepted once the payment of 30% of the total price of your stay is registered.

File fees: 18.30 euros (no pay back)

The totality of your stay is to be entirely paid at least 30 days before your arrival on the campsite.
The price of your stay does not take into account the council tax.

2. Times of arrival and departure:

Arrivals take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 8pm.
Departures take place from 8am to 10am.
In case your arrival should be later than 7pm, please phone the reception (the gate of ‘Le Campoloro’ is closed from 11pm to 6.30am and a camp keeper is present for the night time).
If the key is brought back after 10am an extra night will be charged.

3. Beware:

In case the guest is late, his bungalow will be kept for him during 24h after the day that was initially booked. If this time is over and if no news is given from the guest the booking will be cancelled.
Shortened stay: no reduction will be offered in case the stay is shortened.

4. For all bungalows:

Deposit: 200 euros : for the bungalow
70 euros : for the cleaning that is not done or non satisfactory.

The guest shall leave the bungalow in an excellent state of cleanness and hygiene.
A control of the bungalow shall be effected from 8am to 10 am in the morning of your departure day. Please get an appointment at the reception at least one day before.
If your departure is to be before 8am, the deposit will be sent back by mail after the control of the bungalow.

5. Cancelled stay:

In case you cancel: file fees will not be paid back.
If you cancel your booking, it will have to be at least later than 60 days before your arrival day; if not, the 30% account will not be given back.

6. Animals:

Dogs are allowed if they fill the following conditions:
if safe and totally silent (no cat 1)
if they are in conformity with the French sanitary rules
if kept with a….

NB: animals cannot be left alone in a car or the bungalow. They shall be compulsorily left outside the bungalow.
We do not accept cats.

7. Extra bed:

renting: 5.35 euros a day, depending on the type of bungalow.

8. Stores:

You will find in Prunete:
a butcher Leoni
a bar/ newsagent: Luccioni
a bakery
a gas station
restaurants etc…
nearest supermarkets: 5km south: Super U Alistro
5 km north: Champion Moriani Plage

9. Bed sheets and towels:

Towels and sheets shall be brought by the guest. If not possible sheets renting on the campsite (8,50 euros/ bed/ week).

10. Swimming-pool:

The access to the swimming-pool is exclusively reserved to the guests of ‘Le Campoloro’
(boxer-shorts are forbidden in the swimming-pool area)
